DOEL VAN DE FUNCTIE

The Payroll & Benefits Advisor will provide an accurate, timely and efficient payroll service.
He/she will have regular contact with employees and external partners in order to facilitate the employee administration and fleet management smoothly.

A true MEP (Motivation Energy Passion) who acts as a point of contact for employees and ensures that all questions around payroll, personnel administration, benefits and wellbeing are answered in a timely manner.

  • Payroll

    • In charge of the monthly payroll, bonus payments (warrants and cash bonuses), holiday payments, exit calculations.

    • Executes the payroll administration in line with the payroll guidelines, the four eyes principle, GDPR and the code of conduct. 

  • Employee benefits & administration

    • In service and out service administration (Dimona declarations)

    • Responsible for the ESS and MSS tool (eBlox): holiday administration, employee data, …

    • Responsible for the employee insurances, child allowances and company cars

  • Reporting

    • Recurring reports (HC, FTE, absences, …)

    • Reports for the Works Council (quarterly statistics, equal pay, elderly employees, …)

    • Support in the yearly budget process

EXTRA:
  • Bachelor or Master degree

  • First payroll or personnel administration experience

  • Good computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP is a plus

  • Trilingual: Dutch – French – English
